Our Story
Hi! Welcome to my blog. I'm Ashton. I'm a Jesus follower, wife, puppy mom, IVF momma, and very amateur blogger. I started this blog when we decided to pursue in vitro fertilization after over two and half years of trying to conceive. I had been so blessed by reading other couples' infertility stories over the years that I wanted to create a place to document our infertility story as well as encourage others going through waiting seasons.
After our first IVF cycle failed, we used our last two embryos in a frozen cycle. We got our first ever positive pregnancy test on Father's Day in 2017! It was the most wonderful surprise, and I'll never be able to fully express how seeing those two pink lines made me feel. Our son, Clark Lee Tugwell, was born on February 11, 2018. He is the biggest blessing we have ever received, and we are so in love!
